Free Online Workshop: Too Hot, Too Bright, Too Wired (A Bedroom Reset for Better Nights)
Home Reset Series, Part 1 | Free Online Workshop
Tuesday, November 10, 2026 | 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Central | Online (join from anywhere)
If you lie down tired and then lie there wide awake, your bedroom may be working against you. Too warm. Too much light. Too many screens and chargers glowing on the nightstand. None of that is a character flaw, and none of it requires a shopping spree to fix.
In this free, relaxed 60-minute session, I'll walk you through the simple changes I look at first when I help clients reset their homes. You'll leave with a short list of things to try that same night.
What We'll Cover
Too hot: room temperature, bedding, and fabrics that trap heat, plus easy ways to cool things down
Too bright: streetlights, night lights, and the small glowing things that add up, and how to get the room truly dark
Too wired: phones, TVs, and chargers in the bedroom, and how to create an evening wind-down that actually sticks
Your first three changes: what to do first, what can wait, and what you can skip entirely
Who It's For
Adults 45+ who want better nights without a complicated routine or expensive gadgets. You don't need to prep anything. Just come as you are.
